Delete your Spenvo account and data

You can ask us to delete your Spenvo account and the data linked to it at any time.

How to request deletion

Email wise.wallet007@gmail.com from the email address you used to sign up, with the subject Delete my Spenvo account.

You can also delete your account yourself in the app: go to Settings, then Delete Account, type DELETE and confirm.

What we delete

• Your account: your email address and login
• Your budget profile
• Your transactions
• Your budgets
• Your savings goals
• Anything else you entered into the app

What we keep

After deletion we keep nothing linked to your account, except copies that may remain in our providers' routine backups for a short time until those backups are overwritten, and server and authentication logs (which may include IP addresses) kept for a limited period by Render and Supabase under their standard log retention.

How long it takes

We will delete your data within 30 days of verifying your request.

AI requests

Requests to Spenvo's AI features are processed to generate a reply and are not stored as part of your account history.
